Damaged, opened, or not as described on arrival

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, seal, cap or dropper, and outer packaging. Please do not use the item while the claim is reviewed. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost when the item qualifies under this policy.

Change of mind

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact Customer Care before sending the item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

How refunds are processed

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, the refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to display it.
