Damaged or opened on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our support team to start a return.

How refunds are processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
