Are the products authentic?
Feel Like Beauty sells products from the brands presented in our store, including skinChemists, Dr Botanicals, and Dr H. If you have a question about a batch code, packaging, seal, or product condition, email us with photos and we will investigate it.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our online store and Shopify checkout use an SSL-encrypted connection. Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Available delivery methods, current costs, and any free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver internationally?
Enter your delivery country and address at checkout to see whether delivery is currently available and which rates apply. If your destination is not accepted, contact Customer Care before placing an order.
How will I receive tracking information?
When carrier tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order after dispatch. You can also check your order through your customer account. If tracking has not updated, contact us with your order number.
Why doesn't my product seem to absorb right away?
Some formulas, particularly those with higher concentrations of active ingredients such as Vitamin C or hyaluronic acid, absorb gradually. Apply a thin layer and allow 60–90 seconds before the next step. If the product still feels heavy, try using less or applying it to slightly damp skin.
What should I expect from the product seal?
Our products are sealed for freshness before shipping. If an item looks opened, damaged, or different from what you expected, do not use it. Contact us within 14 days with your order number and clear photos of the item, seal, dropper or cap, and outer packaging.
What is the return policy?
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that arrive damaged, opened, or not as described should be reported within 14 days with photos. See our Returns & Refunds information for details.
